With the T-Post Driver System, all you need is a 120-volt power source. An outlet will work, or you can use a 2000-Watt-or-more generator. If you need an extension cord, we recommend either a 50-foot-or-shorter 12-gauge cord or a 100-foot-or-shorter 10-gauge cord (long, skinny wires tend to reduce voltage). If you own your own jackhammer or have access to a rental, then we offer just the collar and bit together that can work with any 30mm hex-shank jackhammer.

Use

Once you have a power source and the specialty bit installed in your jackhammer, slide the T-Post Driver collar over the top of a post and rest it on one of the lower teeth. Then pick up your jackhammer and guide the ball-end of the bit into the socket on the collar and hammer away. No manual hammering devices or lifting a heavy machine over your head.
